Our Policies
At Little Detroit Restorations our policy is quite simple -- "Quality First." Whether it be for sales or service, you will receive prompt and polite service. Our goal is to treat you as we would wish to be treated.
Shipping
All shipping will be done the next business day for in-stock parts. If for any reason there will be a delay, we will notify you immediately. We ship domestic and internationally by USPS and UPS.
Returns
Any part you wish to return must be accompanied by a RMA#, copy of original receipt, and be in its original packaging. Returned parts must be in new condition with no modifications, no wear marks, and no installation marks. Cost of the return is the customer's responsibility.
Damages or Missing Parts
When receiving your package or packages please inspect for shipping damages. Also check the contents against the invoice. Any damaged or missing parts must be reported to Little Detroit Restorations within 24 hours of receipt of packages.
